CO-OP Student System Administrator - Lexington, MA

ECWS group in the IT department requires a CO-OP on the Applications/System Administration team to assist in streamlining the day-to-day operations and assist in hardening of our current applications working with a mentor. 

Assist in managing content management systems like Drupal and the modules.  This includes help supporting and upgrading application-level software and pre-requisites, researching modern capabilities and documenting the tasks working with a mentor.

Assist in managing applications like Atlassian software suite (JIRA, Confluence and the dependent add-ons)

Work with Team members to update existing Knowledge Base to reflect current operating practices and create a single portal where team can access consistent and dynamic information. 

Audit systems for security vulnerabilities and harden systems.

Selected candidate will be subject to a pre-employment background investigation and must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret level DoD security clearance.
