On our team, you’ll assist the Program Manager with high-level program administration and coordination to support a fast-paced program of distributed technical teams. The Administrative Program Coordinator manages scheduling, coordinating, and planning meetings, travel, briefings, conferences, and other high-priority program engagement with key stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for interfacing with vendors, potential program customers, and other government stakeholders to schedule capability briefings and assist in the development and maintenance of current marketing material, including presentation decks and slick sheets.

You Have:

2+ years of experience in program and project management, communications, marketing, or event planning

Experience with creating written reports and products and presenting to clients, team members, and stakeholders
-
Experience with using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, or PowerPoint
-
Ability to assist in writing, drafting, editing, and proofreading reports and products
-
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Ability to obtain a security clearance

HS diploma or GED
