About: Our client is looking to add a ServiceNow Developer to join their team in Tampa, Florida. If you have a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) with a background in the federal space, then consider applying to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform, primarily focusing on ITSM.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Implement best practices and solutions to ensure the stability and performance of the ServiceNow platform.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and support for ServiceNow-related issues and requests.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements to continuously improve platform capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Experience with ITOM is preferred.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Ability to obtain secret clearance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
